1. Eligibility for Returns.
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or hair accessories cannot be returned once opened.

3. Return Process:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds Inspections: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

 5. Exchanges:
Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the return shipping costs.

Exchange Process: For exchanges due to size or color preferences, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
